Shipping costs for the initial impression kit and completed veneers:

Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: FREE
Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla: €9.99

Rest of the European Union: €9.99

The completed impression kit will need to be returned to us at your own expense, in all cases. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

Unfortunately, due to courier restrictions, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Refund Policy

Changed Your Mind?

Providing you contact us within 30 days of placing your order, we will provide a full refund (minus any shipping costs) if you change your mind. If we’ve already dispatched your impression kit, send it back to us unopened and in its original condition. We will then cancel your order and issue you your refund.

Returns After Using The Impression Kit

If you need to cancel your order after you have used your impression kit, we charge a one-off €50 fee (per impression kit used), to cover materials (plus shipping costs). We will then issue you with a refund for the remaining total of your order. You must notify us by email within a 14 day cooling off period from when you placed your order, to be eligible for this refund.

Manufacturing Defects

All our veneers come with a 30 day 100% money back guarantee for any manufacturing defects. These are classed as the product being short on the gum line, or a loose fit (both of which can occur from an incorrect impression having been taken by the customer). These faults will usually require a new impression from the customer before the issue can be resolved, and the veneers to be returned to us.

All of our veneers are securely packaged in hard cases, to avoid any chance of damage in transit. As such, we cannot accept returns for broken or otherwise damaged products.

Our manufacturing warranty does not extend to any of the following:

  • Misuse of the product

  • Accidental damage

  • Attempted repairs

  • Change of mind involving colour shade

  • Replacement arches
